The software, according to our legislation, it is a work and therefore is protected first from the rules on copyright.

Among the most common to the copyright in computer models of violations, we can cite the copying or distribution of software without having the corresponding use license; the use of the software in violation of the terms in which it was licensed; the loan of licensed software so that it can be copied or distributed by people who lack it, etc.

Within our computer services department, are included all efforts relating to the defense of computer works or computer programs, whatever their language, format or pay utility. Among them we can highlight the performance of all procedures aimed at registration and registration, counseling, negotiating and drafting contracts and other matters related legal acts; substantiate the processing of appeals opposition to registration of computer programs; and general advice to clients about the interpretation of existing standards in this area.
